Enrollment Procedure

Registrations will be accepted after February 1 of each year. The registration and materials fee is $60 for preschool and $140 for Kindergarten and the elementary grades and includes a “School Year-Themed” t-shirt to wear on Friday. This fee is in addition to the total tuition due and is non-refundable.

In order to be eligible for busing, consideration for tuition assistance and scheduling of screenings, registrations should be submitted to the school administrator no later than June 1 for preschool and March 30 for Kindergarten and the elementary grades. Registrations will be accepted after these dates, however, no guarantee of busing, financial aid or screening will be made.

Registration forms are available online or at the school office located at 31 Washington Ave., Batavia, NY.

The BISON Scholarship Fund is a program that offers to qualifying families, an opportunity for financial support while attending private schools. Families who have NEVER received Bison Funds need to apply as soon as possible. (If you missed the February deadline, do not hesitate to go online and fill out a pre-application form. If additional funding becomes available during the school year, and if you qualify and are selected, you could possibly receive funding for the remainder of your child’s school year.)

Go to the BISON Scholarship website by clicking HERE to find out if you qualify based on your income. If your family falls below the income allowed for the number of people living in your household, then you can fill out the PRE-APPLICATION FORM and submit.
Wait for a response from BISON to see if you were selected to receive funding.
Once you receive your answer, the following applies:
- If you were granted a BISON Scholarship for your child/children, you cannot apply for St. Paul School Tuition Assistance. If you still are having difficulty with your payment amounts, then please send an email to stpaulbatavia@gmail.com, addressed to St. Paul School Board Financial Representative. You can explain your circumstances and someone will get back to you.
- If you did not qualify, or if you were NOT selected to receive BISON Scholarship you can then complete a St. Paul School Tuition Assistance application. Click HERE for a copy.

* From time to time we have applied for supplemental funding from other sources called Sponsored Grants. These monies are donations we have been awarded from either the Lutheran Church Extension Society of Buffalo or from individuals wishing to assist a student or students to be able to remain at St. Paul. Don’t let the financial aspect keep you from sending your child to St. Paul.

Transferring Student Forms

These forms allow us to either obtain or release school records for your child/children. Please remember when your child graduates from Grade 6 at St. Paul, you will need to fill out the Transfer Out form for us to release their permanent records to their new school.
