Mrs. Freeze was born in Buffalo and attended public school in the Ken-Ton and Williamsville School Districts. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Elementary Education from Buffalo State Teacher’s College in 1968 and 1972 respectively. After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she began teaching third grade in the Williamsville District where she also taught second and fourth grade in various multi-age situations. At the end of a 36-year teaching career she retired.
